There are no upfront licensing or setup charges. Core dna is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform, so what you pay is a single subscription covering every application, all the updates and new features we release, and the full cloud infrastructure.
There are three tiers, and placement comes down to the shape of your business rather than your size:
- Operator, for one business running several properties such as a main site, microsites and a B2B portal.
- Network, for an operator running many governed units such as franchisees, brands, dealers or chapters.
- Enterprise, for dedicated infrastructure, advanced SLAs and compliance requirements.
Operator starts at $48,000 per year, billed annually. Network and Enterprise are sized to what you run. There are no transaction fees, no per-seat fees and no live usage meters, so your cost only changes when you outgrow your tier, and that is a planned conversation rather than a surprise charge.
