Yes. Access in Core dna is controlled by roles rather than per-person settings, and a role can be scoped narrowly enough that a user only ever sees the part of the platform they work in.

In practice the split works like this:
Users are added from the admin, and each one is assigned a role that determines what they can see and change. There is no per-seat licence — you can add as many users as your team needs at no additional cost.

Yes. Forms are a native Core dna application, so a form you build in the admin can hand its submissions to another system the moment they are captured — no CSV exports, no copy-paste between tools.
