Address Types

Address Types area is the central area where user addresses are managed. In this area it is possible to change the existing addresses or add new ones to the list, for example Delivery & Billing Address. 


Navigate to Accounts > Address Types to view all existing addresses and also create new ones:



All the existing addresses are presented in a table view holding the following information:


In order to create a new Address Type click on the “Add Address type” button positioned at the top of the Address Type admin page.


Within the “Add Address Type” admin page determine the Name of the new address type and its default “type” (Billing / Shipping / Other):



Click “Save” to create a new address type. 


A new address type will then be listed on the main Address Type admin page:



The new address type can now be included on all user profiles in the admin such as Users & People. Navigate to eg. Users > Edit User > Add new Address:



Select the address type you would like to assign to a specific user, configure, and click add:



Click “Save” to apply the changes to a User. It is also possible to attach multiple addresses to a single user as well - simply follow the above steps once again.
