Form Builder

Offers site administrators the ability to create and customise their own forms.

Form Manager allows you to create single or multi-page forms customised to your specific needs.

The module can be organised into sections and holds standard form fields. The data is sent to recipients and can have files attached if required. Each form can be personalised to particular users and groups, so each user will see a personalised set of fields based on interest groups chosen during registration.
