Anglicare are a not-for-profit organisation that help vulnerable people in the community overcome their immediate crisis and offer hope for a long-term solution to their problems.Anglicare wanted a website that would keep their online community and staff members informed, with a simple and intuitive user interface that would increase customer engagement and improve operational efficiency.

Intranet Solution

Anglicare selected a tailored Intranet Solution, which enables automatic login for all staff members granted access to the Anglicare intranet, through a "double facing" website. In this way, when visitors arrive at the Anglicare website they are greeted with the public facing website, while staff members are greeted with the same menu augmented by a range of internal options, without the need to login (a requirement for most intranets).

Integrated with their Intranet, Anglicare utilise coreDNA's Contacts Manager to provide a centralised location for staff to manage contacts. The Module also allows information and contact history to be stored and reviewed quickly and efficiently.

Similarly, Anglicare use coreDNA's File Manager Module to centralises information regarding internal policies, procedures and other documentation for maximum operational efficiency; using coreDNA's authority model to assign various staff access to view and action items, improving processing functionality and employee efficiency.

Anglicare use coreDNAs Blog and Newsletter Modules to share information and expertise on various topics of  relevance to their target audience.

coreDNA's Statistics Module and various Feedback Modules provide comprehensive data regarding usage and interest in all areas of the Anglicare website, including Blogs and Newsletters, which can then be fed back into online strategy to ensure content remains interesting, relevant and of use.

In addition, Anglicare use coreDNA's Events Module to allow visitors to register for events through their website. The booking time is sent automatically to a customer service email account where service personnel can determine whether to accept or reject the booking.
